  Customer service was severely lacking. The women in the florist seemed bothered to help me. I ordered a courage for Prom. I was specific with colors. I was not asked many questions. When I picked up the corsage it was 3 small white roses, some silk leaves, and a ribbon. The roses were hot-glued to the silk leaves and ribbons with BROWN hot-glue which you could see. Not only was the value poor for the cost, the product was cheap and put together very generic. There were multiple corsages awaiting pick up that looked EXACTLY like the one I purchased. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was recommended by a few people - not sure why.

  Westside florist produced floral arrangements for my entire gala and executed my vision perfectly. They also delivered and dropped off all the arrangements.
