- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★October 22, 2019, by Joann PI lost my phone with irreplaceable photos when I was in Europe in the autumn. Then I found an old phone with many of them on it. I took it to the store and the assistant manager Elijah was able to send them to my new phone using the blue tooth on both! My hero and a great employee. This is why I love my Verizon!
