Alright, I'm done visiting this place. Today is Halloween and I just had the WORST time at this AT&T location. I went inside during the evening wanting to ask about an inquiry. As soon as I walked in, it was just silence. NOBODY looked at me. I saw two representatives on the floor and they were totally ignoring my existence. After walking awkwardly around for awhile, one of the representatives finally acknowledge me and asked what I wanted--not nicely either. I told the representative, Danny, what I was looking for, and he told me to wait so he could ask his manager. Minutes pass by and I'm just standing around awkwardly while waiting for this representative to assist me. 5 minutes gone by and I went up again and asked Danny what's the holdup? He told me that I'm going to have to wait longer in an extremely rude tone and I was just done. I told him that I was going to leave now and he didn't even react to it. Awful, just awful. I've never dealt with this kind of customer service before. Is this review against AT&T? No. But it is certainly against this specific AT&T location. Please, AVOID IT. Go to an AT&T store in Washington Square or the one at Cedar Hills Crossing. Those locations are a lot nicer as the representatives greet you and even offer you goodies as soon as you walk in. But this location? Hell no. They will give you a cold stare until you leave. Visiting AT&T locations like this one makes me not want to recommend the carrier to any of my friends or family. The employees here need to be trained and learn some manners in giving attention to their customers. 2016 Review: It's a good place to come if you're looking to be an AT&T phone holder. However, the place is quite messy and I sometimes think the people that works there aren't too confident in themselves when they speak about their product and service.
