  Customer service is awful. On another note att needs to take a page from verizon and stop charging line access fees it make the customer not have to pay high bills and helps keep your retention. Att does not know how to put there customers first. There money os the only thing comes first. The people in the stores are rude and the ones on the phone are just as bad. Att start doing something for your customers instead of using us to buy more companies. Sincerly Very disappointed leaving customer.
