  We recently had Portland Window Coverings install blinds in our home. We have owned the home for 12 years but it was a rental. We just moved back and did a remodel. After the remodel was done I realized we needed new window treatments to go with everything we had done. I had a friend recommend them, as they had used them a few months back. I already had 2 bids when I had mentioned this to my friend. My husband and I are so happy with the work, and how knowledgeable they were. They listened to our needs. Several of our rooms get morning sun so they suggest black-out blinds for those rooms. I'm so happy with that recommendation. We had them also do a few blinds downstairs. We were so please with the quality and price that we had them come back out and do the rest of our windows.
