- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 12, 2019, by Captain MikeLousy customer service. It took 3 weeks to get a water heater installed and another 2 weeks to get it fixed after they installed it. The office did not communicate with their plumber, who was working hard, and did not return phone calls. It should not take 5 weeks and many, many phone calls to get a water heater installed.
