- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 01, 2019, by Kevin PerlasI've been trying to call the store for over 45 minutes now. Supposedly they're open. I've tried all the extensions: appliances, Geek Squad, installations, "anything else" and they all ring until the maddening hold music starts. I'm picturing 40 or so employees standing around chatting with each other thinking "It's not my job to answer the phone. I'll get paid the same regardless." To top it off, the reason I'm calling is because they f'd up an order to begin with.
